This vest has all the options I was looking for. The holster will hold a 9mm but it leans forward a bit awkwardly with the weight. Also, the pouches won’t hold larger 9mm magazines. Holds 30 round 223 mags adequately but you can’t squeeze in a 60 round. With a little tailoring it’s a decent vest.
