    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    This can vary from item to item. For the items we have on hand, delivery takes 3-9 days and ship within the U.S. Other items from our overseas warehouse may take 1-3 weeks on average to arrive. If you are only interested in purchasing items with U.S. Stock, type U.S. Stock into the search bar. These items ship from our U.S. warehouses and have faster delivery times. You may also click HERE to view these items.

    Do you ship to my country?

    All items are able to be shipped to U.S. addresses. A handful of items may not be shipped to your country. If you live outside of the states, type international shipping into the search bar and you will see all the items that can be shipped internationally. You may also click HERE to view these items.

    How do I change or cancel my order?

    Email us as soon as possible to change or cancel your order. Any orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

    What is the status of my order?

    You will receive status of your order to the email you entered when checking out. This includes an order confirmation immediately after ordering and a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. To view your tracking, simply click the view order button in the shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can click HERE to find the tracking number to all your items.

    Can I use several discount codes in one order?

    Only one discount code can be used per order.  

    How do I return an item?

    If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

    Will shipping be covered for my returns?

    All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer unless notified otherwise.
